Kem Ý was born in 2012 when two Italians and a Vietnamese friends met and share the vision of building a factory producing a real Italian Gelato in Nha Trang, Vietnam.  The company was created in March 2013. The company acquired modern Gelato production machinery and set up a factory near the center of Nha Trang. Production started in June 2013.  In April 2014 the company bought one of the two Italian partners and opened a retail showroom in a high visible part of Nha Trang.  In May 2014 the company review all the Gelato formulas and start producing a product that has nothing to envy to any Italian Gelato shops.

We want to grow and be the leader in the Gelato industry in Vietnam.  With the common vision of grow the company is opening a new shop in HCMC in October 2014 and two more point of sale in Nha Trang.  We are also working to expand in other area in the north of Nha Trang with company own shops or in cooperation with other investors.
